The winery's young red wine, a fruitier, fresher, and friendlier wine with spicy touches, with notes of red fruit that combine perfectly with the spicy and balsamic notes.

Cava Vives Ambrós is a small family business, the inheritors of a winemaking tradition passed on along a number of generations. The Cellar is located in the small village of Montferri in the Alt Camp, Tarragona. They elaborate a wide range of still wines and sparkling wines, faithfully adhering to their philosophy of practicing artisanal work both in the vineyard and in the winery. All the work is carried out manually, from the remuage in the racks to the disgorgement, the artisanal wax-seal, and the printing of the disgorgement date at the back of the label in each bottle.
