Behind the Els Vil-lusionistes there is a young project, the joint effort of two friends originally from La Villela Baixa whom with the support and encouragement of a group of family members, friends and contributors started to make their wine Unàmin with their grandparents’ grapes, from old vineyards that have been taken care and worked by their grandparents and parents before them. The grapes are sourced from 3 different vineyards, ranging from 30 to 55 years old, and composed of different terroirs; “El Voltó” made up of slate soils “llicorella”, “El Pinar” and “La Planeta” with loam sandy and stony soils. They make their wines with minimal intervention, they do not use wood, the wines are aged principally in amphora and in Inox and they are steadily working to convert their wines to organic farming.

The Unànim Simbiosis Soul & Subtleness is a monovarietal of Carignan sourced from very old vines and aged in amphores during 4 months. A selection of Caringnan from different plots located in El Lloar, La Vilella Baixa and La Vilella Alta, vineyards that have been in the family`s property since ever. The result is a wine with plenty of fruit, with the right point of maduration with freshness and spice tones.
