Serving Temperature:  A temperature that is not too cold 10º-12º. It is recommended to decant or let the wine breathe for a short time before serving.

Emma Garnatxa Blanca is a natural and ecological, single-varietal White Grenache wine. It is made from selected grapes from high-altitude vineyards, growing on poor slate hillsides known as "Costers", between 800 and 900 meters above sea level, up the hills of Prades in the small village of Vilanova de Prades.

The grapes growing at high altitudes are noted for their higher natural acidity levels, which contribute to the production of a wine of much higher quality and give it a remarkable capacity for ageing. These wines exhibit amazing depth, concentration, and complexity, qualities that contribute to their unique personality.

The wines are made in a traditional manner, producing small quantities and practicing viticulture that is highly respectful of the environment, following the rules of organic viticulture and the lunar phase calendar, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

The vines are organically farmed and duly certified by the authority CCPAE, the Catalan Council of Organic Production, the public watchdog responsible to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Catalan Government.

Production:

The grapes have been manually harvested, fermented for 7 days with the skins in stainless steel vats, and aged briefly in amphora for 4 months. Bottled in March 2021 without clarification and unfiltered, with no added sulfites and a content of less than 4 mg/l.

Tasting Notes: Freshness, depth, and good aromatic complexity, citrus and tropical notes intermingle with some floral and herbal notes.
