Author Sake, pure rice, an artisanal Mediterranean sake, the first made in Spain and second in Europe. Elaborated by Kensho, a family-run enterprise, launched in 2015, from the Family “Masía” (farmhouse) Can Kensho in l’Ampolla (Tarragona), in the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta, a place with an immense biological wealth declared recently by UNESCO, as part of the Biosphere Reserve of the Tierras del Ebro.

Production:  Crafted with local ingredients, using a local variety of rice from the Ebro Delta, pure rice, rich in umami.

Ingredients: Rice, koji and yeast. Gluten and sulfites free, it doesn’t contain additives nor added sugar, suitable for vegans and fully certified organic by the CCPA.

Fruity and low alcohol sake, golden in colour, notes of melon, apple and citrus.
