Production:  The young red wine from the Flying Scotsman, Norrel Robertson, the winemaker and Master of Wine. A single varietal red wine, full bodied, rich and scpicy, sourced from low yielding old vines between 30 – 50 years old, growing on slopes at 800 meters above sea level on poor mineral soils in the Ribota river valley in the Calatayud denomination of Origin, Aragón. The wine has not seen any which makes it very juicy, fruit driven and straightforward, scents of raspberry and cherry fruit, marked by the characteristic spicy hints. Smooth with fine soft tannins and right acidity. It has a superb quality-price ratio.
