Serving Temperature: 9º - 10º

A young white wine from the Influencia range of wines, the name of the new and young project born in Gandesa, which has the Garnacha as protagonist. A collection of versatile and friendly wines with a youthful spirit and a modern image. They are made with great passion and dedication by two young friends from Gandesa.

The grapes are sourced from Grenache vines over 50 years old in Gandesa, Terra Alta. The vines are situated at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, with a predominantly clay soil composition, which gives the wine its mineral character.

Production:

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 20 days. Then it rests for 1 to 2 months in stainless steel tanks with its lees.

Tasting Notes:

Straw yellow colour, clean and bright. Floral and white fruit aromas with a subtle citrus undertone. Smooth and fresh on the palate, with nerve, minerality and good fruit weight.

Notes: Best enjoyed in its youth, over the next 1-2 years.
