Little Everything Still is one of the wines by Nurian Renom, a talented and enthusiastic young former sommelier transformed into a winegrower and winemaker through passion and determination. She describes herself as a nomad winemaker, full of energy and life. Her project begins once she returns to Cataluña after having moved around different countries, when she decides to embark on her adventure and make her passion for winemaking a reality.

In the beginning, Nuria produced her wines from a small hired vineyard and using the facilities at her friends Anna and Toni of La Salada. She recently bought a house with vineyards in Alt Penedès, but she is still working with grapes bought or negociated from her favourite plots-vineyards that have never seen any pesticides or herbicides.

She has successfully managed to put her own stamp into her wines, creating exciting blends, most of them in extremely small quantities. Her low-intervention farming techniques produce pure, saline, and expressive wines.

Vinification: 

Grapes from calcareous soils in Can Barceló and Sant Pere de Ribes.

Hand harvested. Maceration of 4 days for the Macabeu from old vines. Direct pressing of the Parellada and the young Macabeu. Fermented with autochthonous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: 

Fresh aromas of white fruit, citrus notes, fine herbaceous, and mineral notes.
