Secrets de Mar is the new range of wines by Clos Galena from the Denomination of Origin Terra Alta. Under this new project, Domini de la Cartoixa presents a young white wine and a young red wine. Wines of a marked Mediterranean character, with a fresh and friendly style elaborated from authoctonous grape varieties.

Production:

Secrets de Mar Garnatxa Mediterránea is made from a blend of mainly white Grenache and Macabeo, sourced from vines over 30 years of age, fermented in stainless steel vats for 20 days at 16ºC. Brief ageing of 1 to 2 months on its lees.

Tasting Notes:  

A young, fresh, aromatic wine, clean and bright. Presents a lively fruitiness, white fruit, revealing floral notes, crisp light, and citrus touches. Soft and elegant, with volume and freshness towards the end.
