Produced by Maison Simonnet-Febvre, a traditional Chablis winery founded in 1840 and considered one of the oldest in the area, its Petit Chablis is made from one single grape variety: Chardonnay, under the Apellation Village, with an average of vines between 15 and 20 years and located on higher ground, stony terrain with soil composed of Portlandian Jurassic marl and a high percentage of limestone. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged 6 to 8 months on its fine lees in steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Quite fresh with a mineral bouquet and a zesty palate, crispy, floral and fruity aromas of pears, peaches, and melon; citrus character. Light to medium body, smooth and charming. Excellent value for money
