Production: 

Elaborated entirely from white grenache sourced from selected 50-year-old vines. All of them were sourced from various plots with different soil compositions and microclimates.

Hand-harvested and vinified separately. Fermentation and ageing for 7 months on the lees in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: 

It displays a distinct aroma of tropical fruits, melon, and apricots, combined with a citrus note and toasty nuts. Fresh on the palate, with a nice citrus element and a creamy texture, ripe, soft fruit lingers well on a lasting dry finish. .
