A Malvasía single varietal wine, made by Rafael Cambra, a small producer and winemaker, as part of his personal project. The winery and vineyards are located in the interior of the province of Valencia, in the small village of Fontanars dels Alforins.

The grapes are sourced from 3 hectares of terraced vineyards in Fontanars del Alforins, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.

Production:

Harvested by hand. Direct and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation and ageing with its lees take place in small steel tanks. 

Tasting Notes: 

A clean, fresh and very enjoyable light wine with a Mediterranean character. Excellent freshness combined with some luscious, intense floral scents, white flowers, slightly citrus with halzenuts overtones. Bouquet of floral notes with good acidity, very harmonious and pleasant long finish.
