Analogica Fruita Little Fluffy Clouds Little is one of the wines by Vinyes Tortuga, a project of Dido and Jurriaan, two Dutchmen growers of organic grapes with a passion for natural wines who, since 2018, are making a range of their own wines.

They work 10 hectares of land in the Albera Natural Reserve at the foot of the Pyrenees, overlooking the Mediterranean. The vineyards are farmed organically, following biodynamic principles. The vines were planted 10 to 15 years ago on slate soils.

The Vinyes Tortuga project has successfully managed to create its own stamp on the wide variety of wines, creating exciting blends, most of them in small quantities. They practice minimal intervention farming without fining, filtering, or stabilisation, and none of the wines have received any addition of SO2.

Vinification: 

Hand harvested. Destemming, 1 week of maceration with their skins. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in fibreglass tanks. Ageing in the same fibreglass tanks.

Tasting Notes: 

Still white, young, fresh, and crispy. Fruity notes of melon and apricot, citrus aromas with excellent acidity and good persistence and freshness.
