Young white wine elaborated by Cava Varias, winery with almost a 100-years of history, founded in 1918 by the Miró family from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the well-known village in the Alt Penedès for being the birthplace of the Designation of Origin Cava.

Production:

Made from a blend of Xarel.lo, Muscat, and Chardonnay.

Each variety has been vinified separately. After destemming, it underwent a light pressing to obtain the Mosto Flor. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Fermentation is stopped in cold to preserve a few grams of residual sugar.

Tasting Notes:

Straw yellow color. Clean, floral and tropical fruit aromas: pineapple, lychees, grapefruit. On the palate, fresh, silky, very fruity with a light citrus touch.

Note: Enjoy in youth over the next 1-2 years. It goes well with aperitifs, tapas, paella, and Asian cuisine.
