A signature wine, 100% Godello, handcrafted by Raul Perez in Bierzo. The grapes are sourced from 20-year-old vines from north-oriented vineyards around the local villages of Cacabelos, Valtuille, and Villafranca del Bierzo. Manually harvested, spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in 300-liter foudre, followed by 12 months of ageing in the same foudres.

Tasting notes:  

Fragrant and aromatic, it displays a lovely tropical fruit expression marked by stone fruit notes and herbal touches. On the palate, it’s very lively due to its good acidity, which gives the wine a wonderful freshness and vibrancy.
