Vinification:  El Novio Perfecto is a young, fresh, fun wine, born from the cooperation of Sommelier Bruno Murciano and Winemaker David Sampedro together with the Valsangiacomo Bodega in the DO Valencia. A semi-sweet style made from a blend of half and half Moscatel and Viura, each variety vinifies separately. A wine that has probe very successful within the young wine consumers looking for lower alcohol wines, tastes and tendencies. Ideal for parties, aperitif or pick-me up at any time.

Tasting Notes:  This is a modern fresh style wine, light, young, full of fruit and floral aromas a citric touch.  Lively and very tasty on the palate, good balance sweetness and acidity
