Elaborated by Emilio Rojo, exclusively from indigenous varietals. All the grapes are sourced from a single vineyard, just a little more than 1 ha of vines with an average age of about 20 years and producing a low yield, growing mainly on granitic soil on a hillside in the municipal district of Arnoia (Orense).

Production: 

Hand harvested at the optimal ripening time of each variety. The different grapes are both hand-selected at the vineyard and on arrival at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, where it ages for the following 12 months. Afterwards, the wine spends a further 18 months resting in bottle in the cellar before its release. Bottles in the summer of 2022.

A very limited production.

Tasting Notes:

An exceptional and unique wine. Balanced and elegant, concentrated and at the same time subtle, velvety textured with good acidity and an excellent length.
