Mas Vicençs's white wine, Dent de Lleo, is briefly aged in new American oak. A wine that embodies the harmony of strength and delicacy, inspired by the delicacy of the dandelion wildflower.

Vinification:

Manual selection and harvesting. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Ageing is carried out in new American oak barrels for 75 days.

Tasting Notes: 

Characterised by its purity and its excellent aromatic combination of floral aromas, such as orange blossom and acacia, with a hint of cinnamon and anise notes. Smooth textured, creamy, and harmonious, ripe fruit with hints of toast and honey, with a delicate and persistent finish.

Mas Vicenç is an enthusiastic young project, producing elegant and modern wines with innovative images that symbolise the spirit of the new era. A small family winery dating back to 1953 and located to the north of Alt Camp in the province of Tarragona. The young winemaker, Vicenç Ferré Morató, is the sixth generation of a family dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards. After his enology studies, he gained a wide professional experience working in Châteneauf du Pape in the Rhône wine region under the renowned winemaker Michel Tardieu, and from 2004 he led the prestigious winery and vineyards of Bodegas Mas Alta in the Priorat.Since 2009, when he embarked on his own project, he has been running the family business, allowing him to develop his creativity and apply this experience.
