Production: Made at the Tiana Cellars in the Alella region, north of Barcelona, where they have been making cava since 1920. From the traditional cava varieties, Macabeo and Parellada and the characteristic and main variety per excellence in the Alella region: Pansa Blanca (Xarello) which thrives on the granite based sauló soils so extended in this region.  Hand harvested selected grapes, fermented at low temperature, bottle aging of at least two years on its lees. Tasting Notes: Good reliable cava with persistent bubbles and delicate aromas, apples and yeast together with light herbal notes. Fresh, mouthfilling, balanced showing good acidity and finishing refreshingly dry.
