Production:

Made from the three traditional cava grapes, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, and Parellada, sourced from its own estate. Traditional method of elaboration with a long aging of 36 months on average in bottle.

 

Tasting Notes:

Bright pale gold color with tiny and persistent bubbles. Ripe white fruit with aromas reminiscent of long aging. Creamy, fresh, and round on the palate.
