Tasting Notes: A very fresh and smooth sparkling wine. Nose of good intensity, displaying notes of fresh white fruit along with hints of wild flowers and light touches of bakery. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with light toasted notes from the ageing, very well integrated with the fruit, elegant, and maintaining all its freshness all the way till the end.

Because of its excellent freshness and smoothness, it is an ideal cava for aperitifs and to accompany shellfish, seafood, and white meats.

Cava Vives Ambrós is a small family business, the inheritors of a winemaking tradition passed down through a number of generations. The Cellar is located in the small village of Montferri in the Alt Camp, Tarragona. They elaborate a wide range of still wines and sparkling wines, faithfully adhering to their philosophy of practicing artisanal work both in the vineyard and in the winery. All the work is carried out manually, from the remuage in the racks to the disgorgement, the artisanal wax seal, and the printing of the disgorgement date at the back of the label in each bottle.
