A blend from a selection of the best grapes from their own estate, 22 hectares of vineyards planted with several autochthonous grape varieties, stand out the 70-year-old Xarel.lo vines. Traditional method elaboration with second fermentation in bottle.

Made from selected grapes sourced from the best vineyards on the property, following the traditional method. Second fermentation in the bottle. Aged in the cellar for more than 3 years. Tasting

Notes: Fine and constant bubbles. Intense aromas with marked toasted and fruity notes. Full-flavoured, smooth, and elegant on the palate with a fruity background. Good acidity and persistence.
