Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic Cellars in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia. It produces artisanal top-quality caves in very limited quantities. 

Production:  

Elaborated from the Penedès' autochthone varieties, Macabeo, Xarelo, Parellada and Chardonnay. Artisan production with a minimum of 29 months of ageing in caves in contact with its yeast.

Tasting Notes: 

Very pale yellow and green colour with fine bubbles. Young and fruity Cava. Quite floral, with jasmine and apple notes, displaying aromas of citrus and bananas. Dry and creamy with good acidity, quite persistent and fresh on its finish.

Note: Best consumed up to 12–24 months after disgorgement date. It combines perfectly with fish, is ideal with aperitifs, or simply on its own.
