Production:  Gatell is a small family business, belonging to the Jimenez Ruiz family who acquired the property at the end of the XX century. The family owns 35 hectares of vines grown under artisanal organic methods, the estate is located in the town of Bonastre in the Baix Penedès, province of Tarragona, at an altitude of 170 meters above the sea level and under a strong maritime influence, due to its proximity to the coast, just 6 km away. The harvest is done manually, with a selection of the finest grapes. All the sparkling wines are 100% fermented in French oak barrels and go through a long maturing process. Their production is exclusive and very limited of 4998 bottles.

Tasting Notes:  Very fine and subtle with a golden yellow color. On the nose shows a good aromatic range of aromas, orange blossom, honey, chamomile, nuts, sweet spies and creamy notes. Clean, fresh, smooth and creamy texture, toasted notes and a fine bitterness towards the end.
