Production:  

Elaborated from the Penedès' autochthones varieties, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, and Parellada, and the Chardonnay. Artisan production with a minimum of 92 months of ageing in caves in contact with its yeast.

This version De Luxe comes with an exclusive presentation of a label made up of tin with eight Swarovski stones embedded. There are 500 bottles produced.

Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic Cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. It produces artisanal, top quality caves in very limited quantities. 

Tasting Notes: 

Fine bubbles. Quite floral, especially jasmine and apple notes, with a hint of toast and citrics. Dry and creamy with good acidity, complex flavours of citrus and tropical fruit Quite persistent and fresh on its finish.

Note: Combines perfectly with shell-fish, fish, pasta, rice dishes, cold meats, ideal with aperitifs, desserts  or simply on its own. Store in an upright position at all times, in a dry, cool dark place.
