A vintage-quality sparkling wine elaborated from 100% Chardonnay. Ageing on lees for 33 months. Reducing sugar: 3/4 g/L.

Tasting Notes: 

Straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Mature and intense nose of white fruits, exotic and stone fruits, with touches of fine herbs complemented by some bready, toasted, vanilla flavors.  Complex and full-bodied, rich, toasty and creamy style. Long and intense aftertaste reminiscent of ripe fruit, spices, and smoked flavours.

Note: The ideal sparkling wine to celebrate special occasions or the perfect accompaniment for an entire meal.
