Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic Cellars in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia. It produces artisanal top quality caves in very limited quantities. 

The Celler’s Classic sparkling. The 2013, is the first vintage produced organically. An organic sparkling wine made according to the regulations of the governing body of organic viticulture and fully certified organic, CCPAE for the European market.

Production:  

Elaborated by the traditional method from the local grape varieties: Xarel.lo and Parellada, complemented by a touch of Chardonnay. Artisanal production with a minimum of 84 months ageing in caves.

Tasting Notes: 

Pale yellow with green notes and very fine bubbles. Lively and fresh. Classic, aromas of nuts, toast and aging notes, full, wide and dry on the palate. Finish smooth and long.

Note: Best consumed up to 12–24 months after disgorgement date.
