This is the new Aure Rosé elaborated by Gaston Coty at L’Origan, the Cellar in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the capital of the Cava.

Production:  

Traditional method of elaboration with an ageing of at least 20 months in bottle.  Residual sugar: 0.21 g/l.

Tasting Notes: Pale cherry colour with fine and constant bubbles. Clean and fresh, with an elegant nose of wild fruit aromas, soft entry on the palate with refreshing white fruits and a floral touch, and good acidity and balance.
