Production: 

A young wine made from a selection of the traditional varieties of the area sourced from vines grown on the characteristic slate soils of the area, named "Licorella". Produced by Casa Gran del Siurana, a winery situated on the outskirts of the Priorat Village of Bellmunt del Priorat, on the banks of the river Siurana.   

The wine is fermented with part of the grapes, with stalks, and native yeasts in stainless steel and cement tanks. The wine rests for 6 months in the same vats, without any contact with oak.

Tasting Notes: 

A wine with great aromatic freshness that denotes youth, fruity and subtly spicy with floral notes and violet notes intermixed with some mineral notes. Flavourful, smooth, elegant.
