Production:

Grapes sourced from the higher-up vineyards, approximately 450 metres above sea level. Aged for 14 months in new barrels made of 60% French oak and 40% American oak.

Tasting Notes:

It displays an elegant nose with notes of toasted coffee, vanilla, and spices, along with ripe plum aromas. Fresh with good volume and flavorful, with wild berry and tiny fruit notes on the palate and a balsamic aftertaste.

Mas Vicenç is an enthusiastic young project, producing elegant and modern wines with innovative images that symbolise the spirit of the new era.

A small family winery dating back to 1953 and located to the north of Alt Camp in the province of Tarragona. The young winemaker, Vicenç Ferré Morató, is the sixth generation of a family dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards.

After his enology studies, Vicenç gained a wide professional experience working in Châteneauf du Pape in the Rhône wine region under the renowned winemaker Michel Tardieu, and from 2004 he led the prestigious winery and vineyards of Bodegas Mas Alta in the Priorat.Since 2009, when he embarked on his own project, he has been running the family business, allowing him to develop his creativity and apply this experience.
