In Ferrer Bobet, there is a great respect for the expression of the terroir; their aim is to make top-quality Priorat wines that capture, with elegance, freshness, and harmony, the mineral essence and complexity of the region.

Production: 

The grapes come from their own vineyards. Vines planted between 2004 and 2006 on slate soil, locally known as “licorella”, and located on slate terraces and hillsides around the town of Porrera.

Hand harvested, it follows an exhaustive selection, grain by grain, on a double sorting table, ensuring that only the best are picked.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, oak, and cement vats. The wine has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (60% new). Bottled unfiltered and unfined.    

Note: It is recommended to decant before serving. Drinking nicely now or during the next 5-6 years.
