The Pater comes from grapes sourced from 30 to 80-year-old vines at an altitude of 300-625 metres above the sea level. The vineyards are located around the village of La Figuera in the Apellation of Montsant in the Catalonian region.

Production:

After a selection process of the best grapes, the wine has been vinified and aged for 12 months in 2º year French oak barrels of 225-liters. They were 2265 bottles produced for the 2020 vintage. 

Tasting Notes: Ripe, slightly earthy fruit with ripe and jammy fruit aromas. Rich and succulent fruit on the palate, which should develop very nicely. Solid tannins but great length.

Notes: It is recommended to decant the wine for two hours before serving.
