Production: 

Red Grenache 100% cultivated in a the traditional way with minimal intervention. Sourced from a single plot "Les Cometes" a vineyard which was already used by their ancestors, a perfect plot with calcareous-panal soils.

Manual selection of the grapes and fermented in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature of 25 -27ºC with native yeasts.

The wine spends 9 months in 350-liter amphoras. Bottled unclarified and lightly filtered.

 

Tasting Notes: A perfect expression of the Garnacha style. Classy ripe fruit nose, scents of red and dark fruit aromas, lively, firm, subtly spicy with hint of violets, redcurrant, strawberry. Cherry-like fruit flavours on the palate, balsamic notes and a pleasantly fruity finish.
