Produced by Maison Simonnet-Febvre, a traditional Chablis winery founded in 1840 and considered one of the oldest in the area, their Bourgogne Pinot Noir, is a 100% Pinot Noir, grapes coming from the Yone area in Burgundy from 25-year-old vines growing on clay and limestone marls from the Portlandian Jurassic. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, fermented at temperature controlled during 8–10 days. Ageing 12 months in tanks.

Tasting notes: Classic burgundy, with its light cherry fruits and raspberries, stylish and moreish, fresh with light tannins, round, smooth, and ready to drink.
