A single varietal wine of Grenache made by Rafael Cambra, a small producer and winemaker, as part of his personal project. The winery and vineyards are located in the interior of the province of Valencia, in the small village of Fontanars dels Alforins. The grapes are sourced from vines with an average age of 18 years at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.

Production:

Fermentation takes place in small steel tanks with 10% de-stemmed grapes and light pumping-over. Brief ageing in used oak barrels for approximately 4 months, and the remaining in concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes:

A very fresh and cool style, juicy and pleasant, very fruity yet elegant and medium-bodied, with scents of fresh fruits and flowers, subtly spicy with anise touches. Smooth, flavoursome wine with friendly tannins.
