Beaujolais Nouveau is a widely known wine. The wine was recognised in 1951, and every year since then, its release, due on the third Thursday of November, has been eagerly anticipated. This date has become a day of celebration in France, marked by festivals, music, and fireworks.

Production: 

It is a primeur wine for early drinking. The Gamay is the grape variety for excellence, and it has been elaborated in the method traditional for Beaujolais vinification, a process known as carbonic, semi-maceration, full bunches of grapes in stainless steel vats for 4 to 10 days, released less than two months following the harvest.

Tasting Notes: 

All freshness and fruit, red fruit-laden aromas, especially of cherries and berries. Lovely and round fruit with a markedly refreshing acidity.

Notes: This wine is made to be enjoyed in its youth.
