Production:

The sparkling Brut Nature Reserve from the Vilarnau family in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the heart of the cava country, is a blend with the three grape varities, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay.

Grapes sourced from organically certified vineyards in the Espiells area, in the highest and most airy part of the municipality of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

Organically produced, each variety has been vinified separately. Bottled fermented "Méthod Champenoise". Aged in bottle for more than 24 months.

Vegan Suitable.

Tasting Notes: 

A classic sparkling wine, fresh and elegant, with fruit and floral aromas, nuts and warm bread on the nose. Shows good complexity in the mouth, maintaining the freshness, nutty palate and a long, pleasant finish.
