Family winery founded in 1930 by Pascual Olivares. Producers of wines that reflect the character of the land. Their principal asset, the "Haya de Santa Ana" estate, is located at an altitude of 800 meters, where unique ungrafted vines grow.
The Olivares family still runs the family winery founded in 1930 by Pascual Olivares. The founder of the winery believed in the special qualities of the Monastrell variety to adapt to poor soils to produce wines that reflect the essence of the terroir where he was born and raised.
It began with small-scale production, which the succeeding generations have continued to produce, expanding the family business by increasing sales both nationally and internationally.
The 275-hectare estate is comprised of a singular soil type, situated at an altitude of over 800 meters, the highest point in the DO. The estate benefits from a climate with abrupt seasonal changes, where unique ungrafted vines grow in a resistant and enduring vineyard located in the municipality of Tobarra, "Haya de Santa Ana".
