Dominik Huber is the man behind this great project, Terroir al Limit. Dominik, a passionate of the Priorat region, settled down in the village of Torroja del Priorat, where he started making his wines in 2004 and has since then gained worldwide recognition. Wines elaborated following his philosophy of minimal intervention and ecological principles.

At Terroir Al Límit, all the wines are handcrafted practicing a sustainable viticulture with great respect for nature and its surroundings. All the wines are organically farmed and the respect for the environment manifests itself throughout the winemaking process, from the grape harvest down to the bottling. The grapes are hand harvested and hand sorted both in the vineyards and in the cellar.
